Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for light industrial, administrative, and warehouse roles.
- Manage candidate pipelines and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applications and optimize hiring metrics.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and schedule interviews efficiently.
- Process timesheets and payroll documentation to ensure accurate and timely Daily Pay disbursements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and competitive advantages for the Philadelphia region.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, or similar).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet client demands.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site visits.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
