Responsibilities
- Screen and match qualified candidates to daily/temporary job assignments across Houston
- Process same-day payroll for temporary workers via our proprietary daily pay system
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses seeking staffing solutions
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skills assessments for job seekers
- Ensure compliance with federal and Texas labor regulations for temporary placements
- Track and optimize staffing metrics through our digital platform
- Provide exceptional client support to both candidates and partner companies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing, recruiting, or HR experience
- Proven ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines
- Strong knowledge of Houston's job market and key industries
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and payroll software
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
