Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various staffing needs in El Paso.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to placement.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and match talent.
- Track candidate data and maintain an organized applicant tracking system.
- Assist in payroll processing and schedule management for temporary workers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and job seekers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
