Responsibilities
- Conduct phone and in-person screenings to identify top-tier talent for daily pay roles.
- Match candidates with open positions in warehousing, logistics, and administrative sectors.
- Coordinate onboarding paperwork and orientation for new hires.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain relationships with local Dallas business owners to understand their hiring needs.
- Facilitate the daily pay process to ensure candidates are compensated accurately and promptly.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations in Dallas.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales and hiring targets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Reliable transportation for local client site visits.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
