Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings via phone and video interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates using various sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and define job descriptions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Facilitate daily pay processing for temporary and contract workers to ensure timely compensation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Knowledge of the Long Beach labor market is a plus.
