Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain relationships with Albuquerque-based employers across healthcare, logistics, and tech sectors
- Process same-day payroll for temporary staff using our digital platform
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and verify employment eligibility
- Track key metrics: placement rates, client satisfaction, and candidate retention

Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service role
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of Albuquerque's labor market and hiring landscape
- Ability to work independently while meeting daily placement targets
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
