Responsibilities
- Process daily payroll for 50+ temporary workers across multiple client sites
- Coordinate same-day payment processing via ACH and mobile wallet systems
- Manage compliance documentation for California labor regulations
- Onboard new talent using our streamlined digital platform
- Resolve payment discrepancies within 4-hour SLA
- Build relationships with San Jose-based tech and manufacturing clients
- Track daily staffing metrics for weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing agency or payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP or Workday payroll systems
- CA payroll certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong understanding of California labor code (AB5) requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.8% payment accuracy
- Ability to process high-volume transactions under tight deadlines
- Experience with mobile payment platforms (PayPal, Venmo, Zelle)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
