Responsibilities
- Screen and place candidates in daily pay positions within 24 hours of application
- Build relationships with local employers to identify same-day staffing needs
- Process daily payroll for temporary workers using our proprietary platform
- Conduct onboarding for new hires including document verification and orientation
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies weekly
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote daily pay advantages
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing, recruiting, or payroll coordination
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and payroll software
- Strong knowledge of Texas labor laws and wage regulations
- Exceptional communication skills for client/candidate interactions
- Ability to make quick decisions in fast-paced environments
- Experience with same-day payroll processing preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desirable
