Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates using various recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Referrals).
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of talent for our client base.
- Coordinating temporary and contract placements with strict attention to start dates.
- Managing candidate onboarding and providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Updating candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English; Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
