Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates into daily pay positions across Denver's thriving industries
- Process same-day payroll for placed workers through our proprietary payment system
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses seeking flexible staffing solutions
- Conduct virtual and in-person candidate interviews with rapid turnaround
- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation compliance
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Provide exceptional client and candidate support through our 24/7 portal
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, results-driven environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of Colorado labor regulations
- Experience with daily payroll processing a plus
