Role Overview
In this role, you will provide high-level technical support and project management for our key clients. This is a 100% remote-capable or on-site contract position designed for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct in-depth technical analysis and requirements gathering to develop scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to align on project goals.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring code repositories are clean and version-controlled.
- Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior team members to maintain high technical standards.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract consulting or technical project management.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript) and frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites in the Chicago metropolitan area.
