As a Contract IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless technology operations and resolving technical issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform on-site setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of workstations and peripherals.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to document issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper logging of all assets deployed to clients.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical users to explain complex technical concepts.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in Help Desk, Technical Support, or IT Service Desk roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods as needed.
