Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain office network infrastructure and security protocols.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware, software, and mobile devices.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency.
- Respond to help desk tickets and user inquiries in a timely manner.
- Perform routine system backups and data recovery procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and hardware repair is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
