In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients during critical weekend hours, ensuring business continuity and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend shifts.
- Manage and resolve incoming IT tickets efficiently within established SLA guidelines.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and security audits to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with the on-call team lead to escalate complex issues and provide status updates.
- Conduct on-site visits to client sites within the Fort Worth metroplex as required.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the central knowledge base.
- Ensure strict adherence to company security protocols and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk operations.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are highly preferred.
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Remote Access Tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.) and Windows/Linux environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
