Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage system performance and network infrastructure during weekend shifts.
- Analyze operational data and generate detailed reports for the Monday morning executive review.
- Triage and resolve technical tickets and support requests with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with on-site and remote teams to ensure seamless workflow during peak weekend periods.
- Conduct routine audits and maintenance tasks to ensure data security and compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Document all operational procedures and update technical logs as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT operations, data analysis, or customer support.
- Proven ability to work independently and autonomously during weekends and holidays.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and troubleshooting software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
