Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical operations, IT support, or administrative coordination.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high accountability.
- Strong proficiency in standard office software (MS Office Suite) and database management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus.
