Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems across enterprise environments
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during weekend coverage
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Conduct preventative maintenance during low-traffic periods
- Support security protocols and access management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Must be available for 100% weekend coverage (Sat-Sun)
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional site visits
