Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure systems per client specifications
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolution cases
- Collaborate with remote teams during critical outages
- Conduct regular system maintenance and updates
- Train end-users on new technologies
- Monitor system performance and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or relevant technical field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required
- Experience with Windows OS and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 8AM-6PM)
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
