Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site IT support to clients across Austin during weekend shifts
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for diverse business clients
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and cloud infrastructure
- Document all technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with weekday IT teams for seamless handover and continuity
- Conduct system audits and security assessments during weekend downtimes
- Train clients on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with Windows/macOS/Linux environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service aptitude
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
