Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems during weekend shifts
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and network operations
- Execute scheduled maintenance, system patches, and security updates during low-traffic periods
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with on-call engineers to resolve escalated issues
- Conduct weekend system health checks and performance optimization
- Train junior staff on weekend-specific protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote monitoring tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
- Weekend availability and flexible schedule commitment
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault) preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional on-site visits
