Responsibilities
- Design responsive UI mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma/Sketch
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Develop design systems and component libraries for scalable solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) across all deliverables
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and component systems
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for design handoff and implementation awareness
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced contract environment
