Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage a high volume of incoming tickets, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently and within SLA guidelines.
- Diagnose and resolve complex system failures, escalating critical issues to senior engineering teams when necessary.
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of technical procedures, tickets, and resolutions.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patching, and software updates during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- Experience with Active Directory and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during high-pressure weekend shifts.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical degree/training is highly preferred.
