Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified technical candidates for software engineering, data science, and product roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding support
- Leverage LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech platforms to identify passive candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in our ATS system
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and optimize strategies
- Conduct market research to stay current on Denver's tech talent landscape
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on engineering roles
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Denver's tech sector
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and passive candidate sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong understanding of technical skills (Java, Python, AWS, etc.)
