Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, and administrative sectors
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships with 15+ DC-based organizations
- Execute targeted recruitment campaigns using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct virtual interviews and skills assessments within 24-hour turnaround
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages for temporary and contract roles
- Track KPIs including placement rates and candidate satisfaction metrics

Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical or staffing recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in DC's competitive job market
