Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze user data to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs.
- Design and maintain a consistent visual design system that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to the team for feedback and iteration.
- Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance across various devices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
