In this role, you will be the first line of defense for our clients, ensuring business continuity and minimizing downtime during critical off-hours. You will work independently and collaboratively to resolve complex IT issues, manage hardware and software deployments, and provide top-tier technical support.

Responsibilities
- Ticket Management: Monitor and prioritize the support ticket queue, ensuring all issues are resolved within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Hardware & Software Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions, perform software installations, updates, and patch management.
- Remote Troubleshooting: Provide technical support via remote desktop tools and telephone for off-site users experiencing connectivity or application issues.
- On-Site Support: Assist with physical server maintenance, network troubleshooting, and minor infrastructure repairs at the Indianapolis facility.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical logs, incident reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Asset Management: Assist in inventory control for IT equipment, including laptop and mobile device provisioning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on IT support experience, with a strong preference for candidates with weekend shift availability.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA certifications are highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Reliability: Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
