Responsibilities
- Execute critical system monitoring and maintenance during overnight hours
- Respond to urgent client requests and technical escalations within SLA
- Generate and analyze nightly operational reports
- Collaborate with global teams for seamless handovers
- Implement security protocols and access controls
- Document all activities using proprietary tracking systems
- Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, IT support, or related field
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexible availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
