Responsibilities
- System Monitoring & Maintenance: Oversee critical infrastructure and applications during the night shift to ensure 99.9% uptime and stability.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues that arise outside of standard business hours with minimal supervision.
- Code Deployment: Execute scheduled deployments, patches, and updates on secure servers without direct oversight.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of system performance, errors, and resolutions for the day team.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with remote teams and management regarding critical alerts or escalations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with a strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Night Shift Flexibility: Must be available to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (or similar shift).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
