Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours
- Monitor and resolve critical infrastructure alerts across cloud/on-premise environments
- Execute scheduled system maintenance and patch deployments
- Document incident resolutions and update knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during major incident escalations
- Conduct user account management and security access reviews
- Generate performance reports for shift handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Strong proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure cloud services
- CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
- Experience working night shifts or rotating schedules
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues
