Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise systems during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Execute system backups, updates, and security protocols
- Document incident reports and resolution procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Proactively identify and resolve potential system vulnerabilities
- Support cloud infrastructure and SaaS applications
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network/hardware issues
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Valid Washington State driver's license for on-site support
