Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for Windows/Linux systems, network infrastructure, and cloud services
- Monitor and maintain security systems, firewalls, and backup solutions during overnight hours
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for enterprise clients across Austin
- Document incident reports, system changes, and maintenance logs using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with global IT teams during handover periods
- Execute scheduled system patches and updates during low-traffic windows
- Respond to emergency alerts within 15 minutes via on-call rotation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VMware, and Cisco networking
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote support tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Austin-based with reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment maintenance tasks
