Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise security systems during night shift operations
- Respond to and resolve critical IT incidents within SLA targets
- Perform vulnerability assessments and patch management for production systems
- Document security protocols and incident reports with precision
- Collaborate with global IT teams during cross-continental handovers
- Conduct proactive system health checks and preventative maintenance
- Implement disaster recovery procedures during off-peak maintenance windows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT security or infrastructure support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols (SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex system issues
- Valid California driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Must be available to work 11 PM - 7 AM PST, Monday-Friday
