Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions for our core client platforms using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Production Support: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and resolve critical bugs that arise during off-peak hours.
- Code Optimization: Refactor legacy codebases to improve efficiency, security, and scalability for night-shift processing.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and third-party services seamlessly into our nightly workflows.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and deployment guides.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all code adheres to strict security protocols and data protection regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Node.js) or Python/Django with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work 2:00 AM - 10:00 AM EST (Dallas, TX Time Zone).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges independently.
- Communication: Ability to document work clearly and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
