Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues across Windows and Linux environments
- Deploy and configure new workstations, servers, and cloud services
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system migrations and upgrades
- Implement security protocols and compliance measures
- Manage user access permissions and account lifecycle
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with enterprise systems
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
