Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and remote access.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and maintenance for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access within Active Directory.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and incident reports in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the L3 engineering team to escalate complex incidents.
- Conduct regular system backups and verify data integrity on weekends.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Active Directory and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods when necessary.
