Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and patches.
- Assist in the setup of new hires, ensuring their workstations are fully operational.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology preferred.
- Proven experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tickets in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional on-call rotation.
