Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 hardware/software troubleshooting for enterprise systems
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS endpoints in hybrid environments
- Manage Active Directory, VPN, and network security protocols
- Document IT infrastructure and create SOP documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system migrations

Qualifications
