- Provide end-user training on new technologies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience in Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VPN, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license for client site visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work extended hours during critical deployments
