Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Deploy and configure cloud solutions including Azure and AWS services
- Document all support activities using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migrations
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for end-users
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VPN configurations, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation tasks
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support protocols
- Ability to obtain government security clearance (if applicable)
