Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network infrastructure and enterprise systems
- Deploy and manage cloud solutions including AWS and Azure environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document IT processes and maintain system documentation
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience
- CompTIA Security+ and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
- Excellent problem-solving and client communication abilities
