Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain enterprise hardware/software across 100+ endpoints
- Resolve Tier 2/3 network and system incidents within SLA
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability patches
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to 500+ employees
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and backup systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT infrastructure support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Proficient in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening

- Valid Oklahoma driver's license for occasional on-site visits
