Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop computers, laptops, and printers.
- Monitor and maintain the health of network devices and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex hardware and software problems.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus).
- No prior IT experience is required; we value attitude and willingness to learn over technical pedigree.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
