Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for cloud infrastructure and SaaS applications
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues on-site at client locations
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical incidents
- Conduct system health checks and performance optimizations
- Train end-users on new software implementations
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and GDPR protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Proficiency in Jira, ServiceNow, and Zendesk platforms
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and Linux administration
- Strong knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud services
- Ability to troubleshoot network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent communication skills with technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Valid California driver's license for on-site visits
