Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the R&D strategy for Next-Gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Networks.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI deployment is ethical, transparent, and compliant with global standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership to drive innovation initiatives.
- Pilot and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Edge Computing) to identify competitive advantages.
- Represent Nexus Horizon at industry forums and conferences as a thought leader in AI strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives from concept to full-scale production deployment.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI architectures, including Transformers and Diffusion models.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to C-suite executives and technical teams alike.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
