Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for AI initiatives leading up to and through 2026.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and executive leadership.
- Identify emerging AI trends and assess their potential impact on our product roadmap.
- Oversee the lifecycle of AI prototypes from concept to production deployment.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI implementations.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and researchers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading technical roadmaps and managing large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of generative AI, NLP, and predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the enterprise software or high-tech industry is highly preferred.
