Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for next-generation AI applications
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum computing integration and neural-symbolic systems
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Develop scalable ML pipelines processing petabyte-scale datasets
- Mentor junior researchers and establish new benchmarking standards for 2026-era AI
- Secure federal and private research grants exceeding $1M annually
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top AI/ML conferences (h-index >15)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative models
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
