Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for quantum-resistant computing systems
- Lead research in neural-quantum hybrid algorithms targeting 2026 deployment milestones
- Develop autonomous decision-making frameworks for next-generation robotics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough AI models
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at premier AI conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through internal hackathons
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable production-ready solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Computing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in advanced ML/DL with 2+ years in quantum-adjacent research
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published record in top-tier AI/quantum venues (NeurIPS, Nature Quantum)
- Proficiency in high-performance computing (HPC) and distributed AI systems
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems
