Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in generative AI, quantum machine learning, and neural network optimization
- Design and implement novel algorithms for autonomous systems with 99.99% reliability
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at global conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional teams on advanced AI methodologies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate theoretical innovations into commercial applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years of research experience in AI/ML with 10+ peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and high-performance computing environments
- Proven track record of developing production-scale AI systems
- Strong mathematical foundations in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory
