Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning algorithms for large-scale neural networks
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and post-classical computing paradigms
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at global AI conferences
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate theoretical models into production-ready systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years of research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier-1 venues
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing
- Strong background in quantum computing algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Experience with large-scale model training (LLMs, GANs, diffusion models)
- Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research funding (NSF, NIH, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
