- Manage $5M R&D budget for experimental AI-adjacent technologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 3+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technology trends
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of AGI safety protocols and quantum neural networks
- Track record of influencing national technology policy
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and causal inference frameworks
